Group Reformer Pilates
Small Group, using Reformer & Small equipment
Suitable for all levels. Expect a challenge as you work against and with resistance of the springs to deepen the engagement of your powerhouse, stretch, strengthen and build awareness of your body and movements. You will leave feeling refreshed in the mind and body.
